Google Not Paid from Organic Search
A record from Reuters states that Google is partnering with big brand names in a new program called Google Shopping Actions. The listings appear in the Google Shopping results and do not affect the positions or listings in regular natural Google search.

The new program was introduced by Daniel Alegre, President for Retail as well as Shopping at Google through a special report at Reuters. This program does not influence or influence Google's natural look for desktop computer, mobile, and Google Voice Assistant.
